Technical Service Manager Powerplant – Aeroprofessional Ltd

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Manager to oversee the technical operations within the Powerplant division of our client DHL Aviation based in Bahrain.  

DHL Aviation EEMEA is a cargo airline based in Bahrain. They operate a fleet of 10 X B767 aircraft transporting freight across the Middle East.

DHL International is the central platform for DHL Air Network Operations in the Middle East. It is wholly owned by Deutsche post and operates the group’s DHL – branded parcel and express services in the Middle East and North Africa as part of DHL Aviation. Its main base is Bahrain International airport.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the technical services team for continued airworthiness on Engines, APUs, Nacelles and Structures.

Role Requirements: 

• Background in aviation
• EASA/FAA/ICAO licence or an engineering degree
• Willing to relocate to Bahrain
• Experience:
• 7 years maintenance
• 4 years technical engineering
• Prior experience on GE Engines (preferably on CF6-80)
