Vista America is looking for VIP flight attendant to be based in Columbus.

Required skills

• Languages: English

• Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Flown as a Flight Attendant for an international carrier, or Cabin Host within Private Aviation – preferrable
• Proven Experience in building a team culture with a remote team
• Experience with and knowledge of the expectations of Ultra High Net Worth individuals and the intricacies that surround ultra luxury hospitality
• Demonstrated ability to work with and create data, forecasting trends in-line with operational needs
• Proven ability to lead departmental direction and demonstrate success in delivering key performance indicators
• Experience in managing performance via standards, KPI’s and Brand expectations
• Right to live and work in the USA
